International Journal of Academic Research & Development (IJARD) ISSN: 2395-1737, Print Version, a peer reviewed refereed bi-annual journal focusing on current issues on Multidisciplinary areas of Management Sciences and IT. Your contribution for the subsequent issue is requested.
The Journal invites and welcome original research based papers and cases from academician, researcher, practitioner and industry on areas of General Management, Corporate Strategy, Policy and Governance, Finance, Marketing; OB & HR, Manufacturing, Information Technology and other related areas of Economics and Social Sciences, including macro as well as micro perspectives.
In our endeavor to upgrade our benchmarks continuously and in our pursuit to disseminate quality education, we are bringing out the above-mentioned Journal. The objective of the journal is “to provide a platform to worldwide academician, researchers and policy makers and also to bring beneficiaries and functionaries of various systems to share their views, experience, knowledge, skills, etc. in the upcoming fields of Management and IT.” The Journal will include research-based articles, which would give the opportunity to share the benefits of experience & expertise of reputed academicians & Industry experts.
Empirical Papers and Book Reviews are invited that deal with research on contemporary issues covering the fields of General Management, Corporate Strategy, Policy and Governance, Finance, Marketing; OB & HR, Manufacturing, Information Technology and other related areas of Economics and Social Sciences, including macro as well as micro perspectives.
The articles received for publication is sent for Double Blind Review before it is accepted for publication. Only accepted paper notify to author/contributor. No money is charged from the authors for Publication. First author will get a complimentary copy of the relevant issue of the journal in which their article has been published and are requested to ask their institutional libraries to subscribe to the same.
Only electronic submission of manuscripts will be accepted with the cover page bearing only the title of the paper and authors‟ names, designations, official addresses and phone/fax numbers/e-mail id. The authors name should not appear anywhere on the body of the manuscript to facilitate the review process.

All tables, Figures, charts and graphs should be numbered continuously as referred to in the text. All charts and graphs should be drawn cleanly and legibly. Tables and figures should contain self- explanatory title. Footnotes, italics and quote marks should be kept to the minimum. All tables and figure should be drawn at suitable place where details mentioned in text paragraph. All tables, Figures, charts and graphs should be original and must be in high resolution.
International Journal of Academic Research & Development (IJAR&D), ISSN-2395-1737 (Print Version) is a peer reviewed refereed bi-annual journal. The submitted Paper sent for double blind review process where reviewer(s) and author(s) both unidentified to each other to maintain quality of paper. Submitted paper review by two reviewers. Reviewers sent comments or feedback to editorial board and editorial board only authorized to take final decision to accept or reject the paper. Editorial board only share reviews comments to author(s). Editorial board have sole right to reject or acceptance any paper. To complete review process at least 15-20 days required.
Author(s) declare that the work described in the paper is original and no part of it has been copied or taken from other sources without necessary permissions. Author/Authors must send acknowledgment for Manuscript/paper has not been published anywhere in any form of publication (in any language) and not presently under consideration for publication/presentation anywhere in form of publication. Author(s) have provided the original identity inside the paper.
Author(s) assigns all rights reserve with IJAR&D for publishing submitted paper and transfer the editing rights and copyright to IJAR&D. All Author(s) need to sign copy right transfer form to IJAR&D before final publication of the submitted article.
Submitted paper must be plagiarism free. Author(s) shall be sole responsible for plagiarism detected in there paper. Zero tolerance policy for this IJAR&D, If any plagiarism deducted during the publishing process, the paper rejected, Even though by mistaken published such plagiarised paper the after the publication paper deleted from the published issue after notification to the author and they are not able to publish paper in ijar&d for at least two years. The manuscript/paper contains no statement which is defamatory, abusive or is in violation of any existing law.
