Dr. R.S. Mishra is born on 24^th September 1978; M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Com, PGDCA, A.C.S.E. (IBM Ace Center) Ph.D (Commerce), Banaras Hindu University, Dr. Mishra  has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience, published more than 25 paper in leading journals and authored 5 books. He has organized more than 10 conferences and contributed papers in and attended more than thirty conferences, including at International level. He has also acted as resource person for training programmes conducted by various governmental organisations and other institutes. Dr. Mishra is also on the editorial board of many reputed journals. Dr. Mishra is also the Chief Editor of ANUSANDHAN International Journal of Social Sciences & Societies and Editor of IJARD International Journal of Academics Research & Development.

His areas of research include Information Technology, Software Marketing, Micro finance and Entrepreneurship in developing countries. Dr. Mishra has contributed significantly as Administrative Warden, Warden, Member Anti Ragging Squad, Currently Dr. Mishra is Nodal Officer & Coordinator DDU Kaushal Kendra, Coordinator Community College, Placement Coordinator, Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkachha, Chairman Anti Ragging Squad, Deputy Coordinator Examination, RGSC and Member Class and Attendance Monitoring Committee, RGSC Banaras Hindu University.
